Add an Advanced Question: Objectives, Skills, or Training
🎯 What are advanced questions used for?
Advanced questions allow you to go beyond simple comments or ratings.
They connect the review directly with Zest’s key modules:
- Objectives → performance / OKR tracking and setting new objectives
- Skills → tracking and evaluating hard and soft skills
- Training → expressing and tracking development needs

- Choose the type: Objective, Skill, or Training.
- Configure the options according to your needs (mandatory or optional, instructions, visibility, etc.).
- Save: the question will be integrated into the review and linked to the corresponding module.
