📊 Viewing Your Mood History in Zest

The Mood section in Zest allows you to track how your mood score evolves over time. Here’s how to access your history and understand how your score is calculated.

📁 1. Accessing Your Mood History

Go to the “Mood” tab.

On the right side of the mood slider, you’ll find access to your mood history.

In this section, you can view the weekly evolution of your mood, displayed as a graph depending on your interface.
