✨ My actions: your starting point for reviews
What exactly is it, and what’s the goal? 🤔
No more jumping from one campaign to the next to find out what’s expected of you! The My actions tab now brings together, on a single screen, all your ongoing review and feedback campaigns — the ones where you’re being reviewed, and the ones where you review or contribute. The goal: see at a glance what’s asked of you, where the people you follow stand, and what’s coming due — without opening a single campaign.
How does it work? 🧐
From the Reviews module, the My actions tab opens on two sections: My reviews, your own ongoing reviews and feedback campaigns with their step-by-step progress; and My contributions, one card per campaign and one row per person you follow, with their progress, key scores and deadline. Rows are ordered by priority: what’s expected from you first, what’s waiting on others next.
And what you can do without leaving the screen 🚀
- Send a reminder to everyone still pending on a campaign, or to a single person — one reminder per person per day, maximum.
- Schedule the in-person meeting: date, time, and a calendar invitation sent to both the employee and the manager.
- Open and share the results of a closed feedback campaign.
- Track deadlines: a day countdown that turns orange when 5 days or fewer remain.
