😊 How to Launch a Mood Request in Zest?

The Mood feature allows you to easily and regularly check the pulse of your teams through automated requests.

To launch a mood request automation in Zest, you must have the necessary permissions within your scope.

  • If you do not see the automation option, contact your HR team or a Zest Super Administrator.
  • HR and Super Administrators can refer to the article β€œModify permissions” to adjust access rights.

πŸš€ Launch a Mood Automation

Step 1 – Access the Mood Module

  1. Log in to Zest.
  1. From the left-hand side menu, click Mood.
  1. Go to the Mood Automations section.

Step 2 – Define the Target

Select the populations concerned by the mood request:

  • departments,
  • locations,
  • teams.

Step 3 – Configure the Schedule

  • Choose the start date.
  • Define the frequency (e.g., weekly).
  • If needed, select multiple days of the week.
  • Specify the time the mood request will be sent.

Step 4 – Choose the Delivery Channel

Define through which channel(s) the mood request will be sent:

Step 5 – Create Multiple Automations (Optional)

If you want to launch mood requests:

  • at different times,
  • for different scopes,

you can:

  1. Click the three dots at the top right of an existing automation.

  1. Adjust the target, frequency, date, time, and channel.
  1. Confirm with the Create button.

  • a pop-up notification (if they are logged into Zest).
