Connect to Zest via Single Sign-On (SSO)

What is SSO, and how do I log in with it?

A single secure login to access multiple applications at the same time without a password.

Single Sign-On (SSO) is a tool that allows you to use a single login (often your professional email address) to access multiple applications at the same time without having to set a dedicated password.

SSO can be set up by your organization, but it cannot be configured individually.

If your organization has enabled SSO, for logging in to Zest, you do not need a password dedicated to our platform.

With SSO:

  • I must be logged in to the service that manages the login in order to access Zest.
  • ⚠️ I cannot reset my password

For example, if the login is managed through my professional email address, I must be logged into my email account on the same device (computer, phone) to access Zest.

Is SSO enabled?

I can check whether SSO has been set up by my organization:

1 - On the Zest login page on the web, I enter my email address

2 - When I click next, I am either directed to my Zest workspace or to a new login page: the one that manages the single login.

3 - Once correctly logged in to this tool, I will have access to my Zest workspace

Log in with SSO:

In the username field on our platform, enter your professional email address.

If you are already logged in to the tool enabling SSO, you will be taken directly to your Zest home page. Otherwise, you will be redirected to the relevant tool to log in there.

If the issue persists, I recommend contacting your internal technical teams and your Super Admin :)
