There are 3 ways to connect to Zest:
1- From a computer/phone via the website zestmeup.com
2- From the first login email (if applicable)
3- From the mobile application

Find below all the steps to log in to your Zest account, whether from a web browser or from the mobile application.

๐ง Tip: Always use the latest version of your browser (Chrome recommended) or your mobile application.
๐ What is my username?
Your username can take two forms:
- Professional email address
- Employee ID (format
COMPANY-XXXX)
๐ฉ If you are logging in for the first time, contact your company to find out your username or the address to use.
โ First login with an email address
- This is generally your professional email address.
- You should normally have received a welcome email from your Super Admin.
- Also check your spam folder if you cannot find it.
๐ Login with an Employee ID
- If you do not have a professional email address, your Super Admin should have provided you with a specific username.
- Example:
COMPANY-1234
- Once connected, you will be offered the option to add an email address (useful for resetting your password, but optional).
๐ง First account setup
After your first login:
- Check your personal information
- Set a secure password
- This password must comply with the requirements defined by your company.
- If the system rejects your password, some security requirements are probably not met.
- Review your GDPR rights, then validate them.
๐ Special cases
๐ You have an email address but do not know your password?
- Your organization may have implemented SSO (Single Sign-On) authentication.
- If not, you can reset your password via the option available on the login screen.
