Public mood (now called non-anonymous): Employees can see which user shared their mood along with their comment, if one was left.
Anonymous mood: Employees can post anonymously. Admins can therefore only analyze results globally.
On a mood, it is also possible to add a comment to a mood left by another employee, whether anonymous or not.
