SOS mode is a feature that must be activated from the Back Office then global settings:

This will allow your users to find, in the mood tab, an SOS button to report a serious situation or an issue they are facing.


They will need to answer What is the reason for the emergency and have a field to freely express themselves on the topic.
The email defined in the settings will then be notified of the SOS sent, allowing quick action on the reported situation:
