1️⃣ Engageometer Analysis Overhaul

What exactly is it and what is the goal? 🤔

Zest is upgrading the Engageometer analytics for greater consistency with the Surveys experience and deeper analysis of results.

The new features allow for more detailed analysis of results and easy navigation between pages. They include in particular:

• the creation of a new Diagnostic page to monitor results at a glance, highlighting key indicators such as the Engagement Level, Employee Experience, and eNPS

• the application of the new filter system, making it easy to compare and filter for a more refined and in-depth analysis

• an overall analysis of the framework including custom questions

• Benchmark elements with other Zest clients, highlighted and easy to act on

How does it work? 🧐

• Your new Engageometer pages are already activated in your workspace

• You now have 3 pages: Diagnostic, Heatmap, and Detailed Results for an analysis similar to Surveys

• The new filters are applied by default
