Adding Co-Owners

What is it exactly and what’s the goal? 🤔

For feedback campaigns, once they are launched, it is now possible to add one or more co-owners. This feature is designed to provide more flexibility in campaign management and to ensure smooth follow-up, especially if the primary owner is unavailable.

The goal is simple: make delegation and collaborative work easier, while keeping campaign management clear and under control.

How does it work? 🧐

• The SuperAdmin enables the co-owner rights for the relevant profiles in the BO.

• The campaign owner can then add one or more co-owners to delegate management.

ℹ️ Other updates

• Added a GDPR link on the survey introduction page (“How does Zest handle my personal data?”)

• Enhancement enabling automatic detection and merging of identical questions reappearing across different iterations of the same survey, in order to ensure response tracking over time despite intermediate changes.
