Details and evolution of calculation methods
In this article, you will find the evolution of calculation methods for the Mood feature. We have harmonized the experiences, so you now have the same response options from the Zest application, Slack integration, Teams, and emails.
#1 Score calculation before October 21, 2024:
👉 The default threshold was initially set to “1.5”.
#2 Score calculation from October 21, 2024:
👉 To remain consistent, we updated the default threshold for low moods to 1.25. You can modify this threshold from the Back Office.
