Super Admin & Manager experience: Automatic translation of comments
The translation feature allows HR and managers (survey creators, Super Admins, managers) to view verbatims in their working language, directly from the Zest platform.
🔎 Identify translated comments
- Responses to open-ended questions are automatically displayed in the working language (the one defined in the account of the person analyzing).
- Translated verbatims are indicated to avoid any misinterpretation.
💡 Tip: Keep the distinction between original and translated verbatims to compare nuances.
🙈 Hide translated comments
- You can hide translations to analyze only the original verbatims directly on the platform.
- This allows reading in the most faithful conditions to employee responses.
📥 Export translated comments
- Automatic translations are also available in the Excel export.
- This allows you to continue your analysis in your working language, even outside the platform.
