1️⃣ Improvements made to the Heatmap

What is it exactly and what’s the objective? 🤔

Zest is upgrading the Surveys and Engageometers Heatmap to ensure greater consistency and efficiency across the Diagnostic, Detailed Results, and Heatmap pages.

These new features enable more in-depth analysis of results and smoother navigation between pages. They include:

• a new filtering system, with the ability to filter by eNPS profile and by responses to Star questions,

• the option to compare the evolution of results across any two selected sessions,

• the ability to display scores on their original scale,

• replacing the overall average with the Global Score.

How does it work? 🧐

• From the heatmap, you can directly access this new filtering system. The system is now consistent across all three pages: Diagnostic – Heatmap – Detailed Results.
