No more reading a full campaign to get to the point. Zest now automatically generates a narrative summary of your results: overall trend, alert signals, positive points — and above all a prioritized list of what to dig into. The goal: give you a clear read of what happened in under 2 minutes, without opening a single chart, and tell you where to focus first.
How does it work? 🧐
The summary appears at the top of the Detailed results page of your Surveys and Engageometers. It's generated from the campaign's real data, adapts to the scope you're viewing and includes the change versus the previous iteration when one exists. Each priority point links to the matching actions in the Action Plan: the summary tells you what happened, the Action Plan tells you what to do. The feature is enabled by default, for all roles with access to results, with no setup required.
