1️⃣ Action Plans - From Insight to Impact

What is it and what's the goal? 🤔

Zest is launching Action Plans, a new feature that helps managers and HR teams turn survey or Engagemeter results into concrete, prioritized, and trackable actions.

Too often, survey findings stay at the level of observations (scores, verbatims, themes) without ever translating into real initiatives. Action Plans changes that: Zest AI automatically detects the themes that need attention first and generates action suggestions tailored to each manager's operational reality (role, team size, seniority, location).

How does it work? 🧐

After a survey or Engagemeter is closed, a dedicated entry point appears directly on the results pages (Diagnostic, Heatmap, Detailed Results). The Action Plans panel opens with two tabs:

"Suggestions by Zest AI" tab

• Zest AI identifies 1 to 3 priority themes to act

• For each theme, several action suggestions are generated. Each suggestion includes a title, an estimated implementation timeframe, a description, and concrete application examples.

• Suggestions are personalized based on the manager's operational context: role, team size, seniority, and location.

• You can rate each suggestion with 👍 or 👎 to help improve the relevance of future suggestions over time.

• One click on "Add" adds a suggestion to your plan. You can also customize it before adding it.

"My Actions" tab

• Find all the actions you've added or created, gathered in a personal list.

• Create actions manually from scratch if needed, without going through an AI suggestion.

• Export your list in Excel format to manage your actions outside of Zest (steering committees, reporting, etc.).

For HR teams and N+2 managers, an "Export Actions" button is available directly on the results pages: it exports all actions created within the filtered scope to Excel, for consolidated tracking at the leadership level.

2️⃣ Redesign of the PowerPoint Results Export

What is it and what’s the goal? 🤔

The results export for Surveys and Engagemeters has been fully redesigned.

In 2025, Zest overhauled its entire analytics experience, introducing a new filtering system, updated charts, and significantly more in-depth result analysis. The PowerPoint export now reflects the full richness of your results, making it ready to share directly with your teams.

How does it work? 🧐

Navigate to your results analysis page and click the "Export PPT" button. Your export will download immediately, containing the context of your Survey / Engageometer, an analysis of your Overall Score, and a detailed breakdown of questions by theme.
