1️⃣ New Excel format for your survey analysis

What is it and what’s the goal? 🤔

We are updating the Excel format of survey exports to provide a clearer and more actionable structure.

From now on, each row in the file corresponds to a unique combination of:

  • a question
  • an analysis context (global, population filter, comparison value)

Key objectives:

  • Make it easier to compare populations and dimensions
  • Structure data for a simple and consistent reading
  • Simplify usage in Excel
  • Save time when analyzing results

How does it work? 🧐

The file is designed for a row-by-row reading:

  • Each row = one question + one analysis context
  • Columns include:
    • context information (survey, dates, filters…)
    • result indicators (scores, rates, volumes…)

💡 In practice:

  • You get one row per question in a global view
  • You get multiple rows per question as soon as you use comparisons
