1️⃣ New Excel format for your survey analysis
What is it and what’s the goal? 🤔
We are updating the Excel format of survey exports to provide a clearer and more actionable structure.
From now on, each row in the file corresponds to a unique combination of:
- a question
- an analysis context (global, population filter, comparison value)
Key objectives:
- Make it easier to compare populations and dimensions
- Structure data for a simple and consistent reading
- Simplify usage in Excel
- Save time when analyzing results
How does it work? 🧐
The file is designed for a row-by-row reading:
- Each row = one question + one analysis context
- Columns include:
- context information (survey, dates, filters…)
- result indicators (scores, rates, volumes…)
💡 In practice:
- You get one row per question in a global view
- You get multiple rows per question as soon as you use comparisons
