1️⃣ Calibration in People Review

What is it exactly and what is the objective? 🤔

Calibration is a key step in the People Review process that allows committee members to evaluate, adjust, and align data related to employees’ performance and potential.

In practice, it involves collectively reviewing evaluations to ensure greater consistency, fairness, and accuracy in HR decisions.

🎯 Key objectives:

  • Ensure consistent evaluations across teams and managers
  • Reduce individual biases in assessments
  • Align decisions with a collective perspective

🧐 How does it work?

  1. Before the committee
    • Employees are positioned based on their performance and potential
    • An initial 9-box is automatically generated
  1. During the People Review
    • Committee members review the profiles
    • Only the committee chair is authorized to perform the calibration
    • The chair can adjust evaluations (performance and/or potential) based on committee discussions
  1. After the committee
    • An updated 9-box is available
    • It reflects the decisions collectively validated

2️⃣ Display Employee Attributes in the Matrix

What is it and what’s the objective? 🤔

This new feature allows committee members to directly display key employee attributes in the matrix (role, hire date, team, etc.).

The goal is to provide more context and visibility to facilitate discussions and support better-informed decisions during the People Review.

🎯 Key objectives:

  • Quickly access essential employee information
  • Facilitate committee discussions with more context
  • Save time by avoiding navigation between multiple screens

🧐 How does it work?

  1. Display customization
    • Each committee member selects the attributes they want to display in the matrix
  1. Enhanced visualization
    • The selected information appears directly on employee profiles within the matrix
  1. Use during committee sessions
    • Members can leverage this data to support discussions and refine decisions
