1️⃣ Excel export of Surveys & Engagement meters Heatmaps

What's new in Heatmap? ✨

• We are completing the release of the Surveys Heatmap with topics at the beginning of the year, with its Excel export, faithful to the visualisation on the app.

• On the Engagement meter, you can now associate topics with your custom questions to get a more complete Heatmap that’s easier to analyse. You can do it from the creation of the Engagement meter or directly from the Heatmap page. These topics will also appear in the Excel export of the Engagement meter Heatmap.

• Finally, the external benchmark on the Engagement meter’s fixed frame will be updated automatically so that you can compare yourself with the results of all Zest client companies that launched an Engagement meter in year N-1.
