What is a Skills Matrix? 🤔
Following the launch of the new version of Zest’s skills module, we’re excited to introduce the Skills Matrix. Designed for managers, this clear and intuitive visualization allows them to track and analyze skill levels within their teams, based on the most recent evaluations.
What’s the goal? 🎯
👉 Provide managers with a clear and up-to-date overview of their team members’ skill assessments.
👉 Give HR a global view of how skills are evolving across teams. Note: A dedicated dashboard for HR is on our roadmap to take skills analysis even further.
How do I access it? 🧐
- Activate the new version of the skills module on your platform. If you haven’t done this yet, your Customer Success Manager is here to help.
- Go to the “Skills” tab, then check out the “My Team” section to access the Skills Matrix.
2️⃣ Automatic detection of sensitive comments within Check-ins
What is sensitive comment detection? 🤔
💫 Zest simplifies and speeds up the process of taking action by automatically alerting you when a sensitive comment (containing sensitive expressions such as harassment, burn-out,...) is detected in Check-ins.
What's the objective? 🎯
👉 Immediately detect and deal with weak signals and psycho-social risks within your teams.
👉 Help your managers and HR to prioritize individual analyses
How does it work? 🔧
- Define who can receive email notifications to be alerted in real time from your space's rights table
- Launch your Check-ins campaigns as usual
- Receive an automatic alert by email when a highly sensitive comment is detected in a submitted Check-in.
- Quickly identify the Check-ins concerned using a filter to prioritize analysis and action.
