1️⃣ Conversations on the Zest mobile app

What is it exactly? 🤔

The Conversations feature allows a dialogue to be opened between an employee and their manager or HR, starting from a comment left in a survey. Until now, conversations had to be launched and continued exclusively on the web.

From now on, while the conversation still needs to be initiated from the web, both employees and managers/HR can now continue the exchange directly on the mobile app.

What’s the goal? 🎯

👉 Make it easier to keep conversations going on the go, without waiting to be on a computer

👉 Provide faster responses for managers and employees

👉 Strengthen engagement around the feedback collected in surveys

How does it work? 🧐

• The conversation is triggered on the web by a manager or HR, from a comment left in a survey

• Once initiated, both the employee and the manager/HR can continue the exchange from the mobile app

• All conversations are synchronized between web and mobile, so no context is ever lost
