What is it exactly? 🤔
The Mood feature allows each employee to express how they feel on a scale from 0 to 5, with intermediate steps (0 – 1.25 – 2.5 – 3.75 – 5). This granularity enables a more nuanced expression of emotions. Until now, the exact value selected was no longer displayed after voting, which could cause confusion among employees.

👉 Restore clarity to mood expression by making the selected value visible
👉 Preserve the precision of the current scale without complicating the user experience
How does it work? 🧐
- The selected score will once again be displayed on the mood selector
- It will also be visible in shared mood posts in the feed
- The display will be standardized across web and mobile
