🧭 How to Visualize Your Team’s Skills in Zest
The Skills feature in Zest allows you to easily track the expertise, proficiency levels, and development of your team members. Here’s how to access the team view and explore all available information.
🔍 1. Access the “Skills” Tab
Start by navigating to the main menu in Zest and selecting the “Skills” tab.
👉 You will automatically land on your own skills portfolio.

👥 2. Open the “Team View”
At the top of the page, select “Team View” to display the skills of the team members within your scope.

This view provides you with a consolidated overview of the skills across your team.
🎯 3. Filter Other Teams
If you manage multiple teams or have extended permissions, you can use the filter option to display the skills of other teams.

This makes it easier to compare teams, manage transversal groups, or identify specific profiles.
👤 4. View a Collaborator’s Details
By clicking on any team member, you can access a detailed profile including:
- Their evaluated skills
- Each skill’s proficiency level
- A full history of evaluations where these skills were assessed
- Contributors involved in evaluations
- Session dates
- A summary of previous review discussions

Within this detailed view, you will find:
