MyZest is the ideal tool for sharing positive recognition, encouraging, celebrating, or highlighting a colleague.

It’s simple, fast… and incredibly effective for strengthening the feedback culture!

Step 1 — Access MyZest sending

Log in to your personal Zest account.

From the home page, two buttons allow you to send a MyZest:

👉 Screens: “Send a MyZest” / “+ MyZest” button

Simply click on it.

Step 2 — Choose the type of Zest

Select the type of positive message you want to send:

  • Thank you 🙏
  • Congratulations 🎉
  • Awesome 😄

Add a comment if you wish and a GIF: this is where the magic happens ✨

Step 3 — Choose the recipient

Select the person you want to send this MyZest to.

Your Zest will be sent immediately.

Limits & Important information

  • Each Employee can send a limited number of MyZest per week, configured in your workspace according to your contract.
  • A MyZest can be sent to only one person at a time (no bulk sending).
  • The MyZest is visible by name to the recipient.

📝 How to structure good feedback?

🟩 1) Describe the action

Clearly explain what your colleague did.

❌ Don’t:

“I think your communication is very good.”

✅ Do:

“Thank you for your presentation yesterday. The topic was complex, but thanks to your clear explanations and calm voice, I finally understood everything!”

🟩 2) Explain the positive impact

Show why this action was useful.

❌ Don’t:

“Congratulations on achieving your sales target.”

✅ Do:

“Congratulations on achieving your sales target! Thanks to you, we are ahead on Q2, which will allow us to present very strong figures to investors.”

🟩 3) Highlight + (optional) ask how to replicate the success

Useful when the colleague has achieved something particularly inspiring.

❌ Don’t:

“Congratulations on signing Paul Store.”

✅ Do:

“Congratulations on signing Paul Store! What were the key factors behind your success? It could help the team.”
