What is a Smart Group?
A Smart Group is a dynamic group created based on various criteria (for example: seniority, department, role, location). As soon as a user matches these criteria, they are automatically included in the group. This allows you to precisely target specific populations (e.g.: employees with more than 5 years of seniority in the marketing department).
Why “smart”?
Because the group is automatically updated: anyone who meets the defined criteria is added to the group without any manual action.
What is it used for?
- Target specific populations for sending surveys or actions (e.g. new hires, managers, full-time employees, etc.)
